There is always a story behind why many passions become entrepreneurial endeavors. For chef, founder, Morgana her story began with the simplicity of loving chocolate, just like many of us. Coming from a country (Brazil) where sweets are a big part of the celebrations, she grew up always savoring the best Brigadeiro and in some way she knew that along the road she wanted to create her own twist of a Brigadeiro and share her roots with others. In 2019 she decided to go on board this journey and began Mini Bites.
 
Morgana's perception of a Brigadeiro evolved over time; it has a sentimental value that allows her to handcraft her very own version of a Brigadeiro. She says the Brazilian candy has been present for many of life’s best moments including celebrations with family and friends, and that Brigadeiro is simply part of the family. Brigadeiro reminds Morgana of her childhood in Brazil- going to birthday parties and getting in trouble for eating the sweet treats before cutting the cake.
